The Sudbury Wolves finished the season with a record smashing total of 118 goals for the extended month of March to win a record 6th WHL Championship and the fourth Team of the Month this season! The 118 goals for March bested the record of 100 goals held by both the Reservoir Dogs and Helmut. The Wolves were led by Nathan MacKinnon who set a new record for most goals in a Team of the Month with 20 and Pastrnak who tied the old record with 19 goals. This is the 16th Team of the Month all time for the Wolves.

Coming in second place for the month saw the Cluster Pucks also passing the record for most goals in a month with 108, completing their impressive rookie campaign by finishing in second place in the standings with 427 goals. The top two scorers in March for the Pucks were McCann and Keller both netting 13 goals. The Cluster Pucks did manage to win two Team of the Months this season, November and February.

The third place Team of the Month, Reservoir Dogs finished strong with 98 goals for March closing out a disappointing season that saw them lose Landeskog for the season the day after the Entry Draft. Draisaitl had 16 goals for the month and M Tkachuk and Killorn both scoring 12 goals.
